Accommodations and Layout

The master stateroom is located forward featuring a V-berth with drawers beneath (all drawers and lockers are lined with cedar), hanging lockers port and starboard, bookshelf and overhead hatch. The main salon is aft with an opposing settee for four to starboard and the galley to port. Aft of the galley is a bath with shower and head (corian counter). In addition to the gorgeous gloss mahogany woodwork inside, the flooring is all hardwood. 

 

Two steps up from the salon , the well-equipped, air-conditioned pilothouse features and L-shaped settee (storage beneath)  to port with a wood hi-lo table (converts to bed). The helm is to starboard with an Opac Mare helm seat (with power adjustment feature).  Behind the helm seat is a built-in combination refrigerator/icemaker.  The aft end of the pilothouse is enclosed with a drop down isinglass curtain.

 

Aft of the pilothouse is a cockpit with a bench seat across the back and a large sunpad area over the engine room.

The galley features an L-shaped black corian countertop with a stainless steel sink, storage cabinets and drawers.

Hull & Deck Equipment

Designed by American naval architect Ed Fry and built by Dereli (Turkey), “Interlude” is a great performing down east style yacht with a finely crafted mahogany paneled cabin and pilothouse.   The hull and deck are constructed with E-glass, carbon fiber, foam coring , Kevlar and bonded with epoxy resin.  The foredeck is accessed by walkways on either side of the pilothouse and feature varnished wood grabrails.  Note that all interior and exterior cushions are covered with high quality white Sunbrella fabric.
