The Aqua Bay 70 is USCG certified to carry up to 139 passengers. Average annual gross operating income is over $300,000. Average annual net operating income is over $100,000. The business takes advantage of the busy cruise ship traffic, bringing vacationing tourists to the Charlotte Amalie, St Thomas. The nature of the business is a taking cruise ship passengers out to the reefs surrounding St Thomas for a few hours of boating and snorkeling. The boat is a 1994 Aqua Bay Marine, 55 ton, low profile, 70 ft LOA, open deck boat, powered by two Detroit 1271 diesels, each rated at about 875 HP. Average cruise speed is about 18 knots at about 1700 rpms. The Detroit diesels were overhauled and rebuilt in 2004. The boat is docked in Charlotte Amalie. The boat is operated and maintained by a USCG licensed Captain and first mate, who know the boat and the business very well. The boat is built of fiberglass, has a protected helm station, many rows of bench seating for the passengers, a large canvas and steel framed sun cover over most of the passenger seating area, a "U" shaped food and refreshment counter, and a large stern swim platform and dual swim ladders to enable the snorkelers to get into and out of the water easily. The below decks area, is comprised of the engine room (holding the two large Detriot diesels), two public restrooms, two large storage/equipment rooms and space devoted to the fuel and fresh water tanks. The Selene 62 is the flagship of the Selene Ocean Trawler family. Howard Chen and his design team have spent over two years in developing and manufacturing for this project.

The interior was designed by the internationally renowned designer Ken Freivokh, using quality teak / cherry and fine granites, complimented by beautiful fabrics.

The luxurious layout consists of a superb three stateroom arrangement with crew quarters aft, all with ensuite bathrooms. The owners enjoy a full width master stateroom complete with writing desk, vanity and full height wardrobes. The pilothouse provides very good visibility, with two Diamond Sea Glaze Dutch doors and a dedicated stair up to the F/B. Functional galley can be up or down with a dinette for six. Toi Boat is a classic Cheoy Lee Long Range Cruiser that has been updated extensively. She is one the few models available with full walk-around side decks, making docking and line handling safe and easy for a cruising couple. The Selene 60 is a completely new design from an entirely new mold. It is a perfect transitional yacht between the successful Selene 53 series (53/56/58) and the Selene 62 series (62/66). The new Selene 60 features a full-height engine room, a separate crew's quarters aft, European transom, and a full-width utility room for work, storage, electrical systems, freezer, and washer/dryer. The yacht displaces 123,000 lbs. Built to Lloyd's Category A standards, the 60 has the range, strength, and stability to cross oceans. Yet with a draft of 5'8" it is also at home in thin tropical waters or gunkholing rivers and creeks. The settee molded in to the cockpit creates a gracious space for relaxation under way or at the dock. The European transom with inset swim platform puts the Selene 59 into the mini megayacht class. An optional FRP hardtop enhances both the functionality and profile of this graceful yacht.

OPUS offers three staterooms and two heads on the lower deck, an expansive open galley, day head and main saloon on the main deck, a raised pilothouse and a combination flybridge and boatdeck on the upper deck. Walk-around side-decks with high bulwarks allow easy fore and aft passage.

OPUS has been maintained with no regard for cost and has always been under the care of a full-time captain. She has cruised between Maine and the Bahamas with regular yard periods, during which any required service has received attention. Condition is impeccable.
